Facilities For Hire
Prices include GST.
Storage Sheds
Pony and Cattle sheds are available to hire on a monthly basis. Both have dirt floors and relatively high ceiling studs. They are generally used to store motor homes, boats, cars, and other machinery. Both sheds are secured with monitored alarms.
$92 per month, payable in advance

Hokonui Pavilion
The Hokonui Pavilion is large enough to accommodate a full-sized netball/basketball/tennis court.There is full lighting, electric wall heating and toilets provided.The large external doors are fully lockable with ample nearby parking.
Kitchen facilities include two large ovens, large bench and serving areas.Also available are display boards, trestle tables and chairs.

Ram Pavilion
The Ram Pavilion has a circular selling area with raised seating and the associated pens hold 300+ animals. The Hokonui Pavilion Kitchen is also available for hire on sale days.

Under the Grandstand
Underneath the Grandstand is an older style kitchen, changing and shower facilities, all with a concrete floor.
The kitchen has three working ovens, sinks and hot water heating. This area can be used for an overnight stay in consultation with the Caretaker. Please note the changing area is used by rugby during the playing season.
Rates
Kitchen and associated areas - $57.50 per day
Showers - $3 each

Ground Hire
There are four designated playing fields available.They can be used for touch rugby, rugby, marching, tractor rallies, entertainment, horse events or any other similar events.

Horse Boxes & Yards
There are approximately 30 older style, 20 larger wooden horse boxes and 20 soon to be built brand new horse boxes for hire.Eighty new pipe horse yards are also available.For safety reasons, arrangements must be made with the Caretaker, prior to arrival.

Main Show Ring
The ring is grass covered with a sand base and can accommodate two full sized show jumping areas with ease.
It also has full lighting, making it suitable for day or night events and is available for a wide range of activities and sports.
